Google Adsense Is Not The Only Game In Town
Let’s face it, sometimes Google sucks. I know it is the premiere place to make money online through Google Adsense and through their search engine listings, but if Google gets a bug up it’s butt about your site, it is either sent to the sandbox or to ...Read the Rest

Google Adsense Is Not The Only Game In Town

Let’s face it, sometimes Google sucks. I know it is the premiere place to make money online through Google Adsense and through their search engine listings, but if Google gets a bug up it’s butt about your site, it is either sent to the sandbox or to the grave without you even getting a chance to defend your site. Once their bots have given your blog a negative pass, you are screwed.

It is definitely a hypocrisy as Google will take money for ads that they will not allow sites to post content for them like male enhancement or poker sites. Also, they take money for sites that promote make money through Google Adsense, but will not let you run ads for this same information. In the last year, I have had several sites that Google has either banned or just straight hit them with public service ads without allowing any response from my end.

So this led me in search of other CPC style campaigns that work similiar to Google Adsense by allowing me to make money online without having to wait for affiliate commissions.

Two that I have found to work quite well are InfoLinks and AdBrite.

Other Ways To Make Money Online: Infolinks Review

If you have several blogs dedicated to making money online through SEO and CPC marketing, then InfoLinks might be another way to monetize your blogs. While you will not make as nearly as much as a good Google Adsense keyword-driven blog, the steady nickels and dimes do add up. Currrently, I am averaging between a dollar or two a day with InfoLinks on top of other ads like Adsense or AdBrite.

if you are not familiar with InfoLinks, chances are you have already bumped into their underlined tags on sites you have visited. with InfoLinks, little sticky notes pop up when you hover over underlined words within your blogs. By clicking on these, you are then directed to the website listed in the pop-up and you get a some CPC change for the visit. Your blog can be covered with a dozen of these links per page or just a couple and you can customize where you want them to appear.

What is great about InfoLinks is that it can supplement whatever ad campaign you are running whether it is Google Adsense, AdBrite, or affiliate links because these little links run within your blog and do not take up valuable space used by banners or squares. Plus, if you link InfoLinks through PayPal or their pre-paid Mastercard, your payout threshold is fifty dollars instead of the industry standard of 100 bucks.

Other Ways To Make Money Online: AdBrite Review

Another source of monetization is AdBrite. AdBrite works in similar ways as Google Adsense and InfoLinks as it has banners, squares and in-text advertising, but also AdBrite offers those great annoying page fades that pop up occasionally when visiting a site. With Adbrite, you can choose to use all three or pick and choose which methods you want to use for each site. So far, I have had no problem placing banners on sites that Google has disapproved of (i.e. poker sites, male enhancement, Adsense blogs) but I wouldn’t try to use AdBrite if you make porn sites.

Also, some might take offense to the site fades, so it all depends on what type of audience you expect on your site. So far, I have not earned any real money with Adbrite, but is does have a nice feature that rates your traffic and I still don’t have it up on all my sites. On this site, Adsense Blog For Beginners, i use both InfoLinks and AdBrite since Google has slapped me on the wrist.

Since discovering these CPC sites, i have run across others and will be experimenting with them throughout 2010. If you have any experience with these or other monetizing options, please share your comments.

Adsense Blog Reviews
So, i don’t know if you are like me, but I got a bad habit. I got to be constantly checking things. I got to check my Google Adsense, my Analytics, my HubPages ranks, my Squidoo lenses and my Statcounter. I try to tell myself to stop, to leave these things alone, but ...Read the Rest

Adsense Blog Reviews

So, i don’t know if you are like me, but I got a bad habit. I got to be constantly checking things. I got to check my Google Adsense, my Analytics, my HubPages ranks, my Squidoo lenses and my Statcounter. I try to tell myself to stop, to leave these things alone, but I always have to know.

The same hold true for my Google ranking for my sites.

That’s where PageRanker for Firefox comes in handy. You can get the download at tools.seobooks.com.

If you don’t use Firefox for some of your Adsense blog work, then I suggest downloading the search engine. Besides having a built-in spell checker and other features, you can download two of the most useful SEO tools like Rank Checker and SEO for Firefox.

Before I started using Rank Checker, I used to manually go through Google and look for my Adsense blog sites. If you own multiple sites, this can be a tiring and exhaustive search. With Rank Checker, it solves this problem by searching for targeted keywords related to your websites.

All you have to do is put in your URL and list a bunch of keywords you are tracking. Rank Checker can not only check Google and their other sites like Google UK, but it also tracks Yahoo and whatever other search engine you put in the options.

What is great is you can then save your search and try it again at anytime without having to reenter any information. You can also constantly add to your lists and track multiple websites.

Rank Checker can also be used to check the competitiveness of keywords on sites like HubPages and Squidoo by just typing in the URL of the site and the keywords you are targeting. Rank Checker will then list the highest available site in ranking for that keyword if one is ranking. This is a great way to see if any new keyword that you are trying to make a hub or lens for has any competition and if you are able to beat its ranking.

So, if you are like me and waste a lot of time worrying about your numbers, Rank Checker helps eliminate some of that waste, but in the end, only you can stop checking your numbers on your Adsense blogs to see if you are truly making money online.

So, I do a lot of surfing looking for more ways to make money online other than through Adsense blogs or I am looking for ways to piggy back what I have already learned.
When I do come across something that interests me, I have two philosophies. The first is I am not going to pay ...Read the Rest

So, I do a lot of surfing looking for more ways to make money online other than through Adsense blogs or I am looking for ways to piggy back what I have already learned.

When I do come across something that interests me, I have two philosophies. The first is I am not going to pay for information unless I can find it free somewhere else. Second, I am just not going to pay for anything period.

Well, I will shell out a couple of dollars if I think it might have value. And I do mean only a couple of dollars.

I only paid one dollar to Court for his Keyword Academy program. I know that it will now cost me another 33 bucks a month to continue to receive Adsense blogging content, but I know the value of what I am paying for and it is well worth the expense.

I also only shelled out ten bucks to look into Project Payday and that was to buy a domain I was going to buy anyway.

The point is I am not going to fall for high end get rich schemes that want a big payoff no matter how many Google Adsense checks they show me.

The main reason for this is that no matter how successful they may have become, that does not translate into how successful I will become. I think this is an important fact that people should consider when trying to get into the business of making money online.

Sure, people make money. But are you? Is what they pitching going to work for you?

Just like screenplays sell for millions of dollars, and thousands of people write crappy screenplays that never sell, there are online systems o f making money that only work for certain people.

So, as I stated, I was online, looking for more good info on Adsense blogging and I came across The Butterfly Marketing Manuscript by Mike Filsaime.

I am sure you have seen this ad all over the place about how rich he got doing this and that and how he can teach it to you for big bucks. Well, I am always skeptical about someone who makes millions of dollars already trying to get my dollars.

But I was curious. I have the bug now. I want to know all the secrets from this end.

But I wasn’t going to shell out the big bucks.

As I stated in the past, I have been to the seediest darkest corners of the internet, back when there was a place called Lucifer’s Top Hundred that listed some of the worst sites on the web. Some of those dark corners are gone, but I still know how to traverse the muddy waters of the internet and get what I need.

So, I stumbled across a password protected copy of the Butterfly Marketing Manuscript. Then I tripped over the password and looked inside.

I got to tell you that reading Nietzsche is easier to follow then this piece of utter nonsense. This book is full of marketing theory but never does it give you practical hands-on material.

I am a meat and potatoes person.

I want it broken down in the simplest terms.

Not because I am an idiot, but because I don’t ever want to have to ask you a question about what it is you are trying to tell me.

I never have to call the shampoo company and ask them to explain lather, rinse, and repeat.

I don’t have to get customer service to understand how to cook a TV dinner.

So, I don’t expect to shell out several hundred dollars on a product that doesn’t show me step-by-step how to make a million dollars making money online.

That’s why I ended up going with Court’s plan. Everything is broken down into simple to follow instructions and he never promised me I would be rich.

He just told me I would not be sleeping for the next six months because I would be up all night typing mini blogs and learning just what it does take to make a living with Google Adsense.

So please stay away from the Butterfly Effect unless you have money to invest and understand jinky rip-off marketing plans.

And if you do happen to bump into that copy in a dark alley, tell him, “my manuscript” to get in.

So you want to make money on the internet from Adsense blogs and want to know where to start. I mean really where to start.

Tabula Rasa.

Ground Zero.

At the frigging beginning, man.

Well, in the world of blogging and especially Google Adsense blogs, Courtney Tuttle is king. Learn that name. Say it ten times really fast and when you count sheep at night, count Courtney Tuttle instead.

Do I know Courtney Tuttle? Nope. Never heard of him before last week. But, since Sunday, he is all I live and breathe.

I don’t know how I discovered his websites or what I was really looking for, but I think that is why he has so much significance. I was not really looking for an internet plan to make money with a Google Adsense blog and Courtney was not out there trying to get my money. In fact the only thing he has gotten from me is a buck, and a well spent buck it was.

Over the last few years I have blogged for other people’s sites and have some name recognition, but none of this has earned me a dollar. Well, I once earned sixteen dollars doing book reports and that money was on my PayPal account and it is with that money that I paid Court and bought my first domain. But where was I?

Right where I wanted to be.

You see, it was that easy to get started. I jumped in with the couple of bucks I had floating around the internet anyway.

The point is that building an Google Adsense blog didn’t start out with a master plan but just a curiosity to how people are making money out there. “Hey,” I said to myself “Let me in on this crap. I want to make money, too.”

So, I ended up at Court’s Internet Marketing School and started down my path to internet riches.

I still haven’t made more than that sixteen dollars in al my time on the web, but it has only been a week. My faith is still strong.

I say, if you want to start learning about making money with Google Adsense blogs, I would visit his website. Court has broken everything down to easy to follow instructions that anyone, I mean anyone can follow. There is nothing hard to what he does and he has a video series that teaches you the basics. He doesn’t show you some quick, get rich formula, but a simple, hard work driven program that anyone willing to follow up on his techniques can make money.

I know, I know. I haven’t made a dime with his method yet, but I haven’t put in the hard work. But a week ago, I had no idea what a keyword search was, how to evaluate sites for potential earnings and simple things like how to buy a domain and host a website. Court teaches you all these things and doesn’t ask for a dime. He will even respond to comments if you have a question.

Gang, I stayed up all night on Sunday watching his tutorials, and then woke up early Monday to finish watching the rest at The Keyword Academy. I was waiting for the catch, the hook that sunk everything as some scam, but there was none. I did pay a dollar to join The Keyword Academy, but it was a dollar well spent. I have learned more valuable information about the internet in general in week, than in all the years I have surfed the web. Hell, I even learned some new things about Excel.

My point is that if you are serious about a future in Adsense blogging, then the best place to start is with Court’s Internet School of Marketing.

What you waiting for, ya yahoos. Get going right now!
